How do i change api target when building?

How do i change the api, it still says api target 27, even when i change it in build.settings. Its for android

You can only control the minimum API target in build.settings. The max API target has to be built in to Corona. We updated from SDK 27 to 29 somewhere around daily build 2019.3510 or so. You should update the the latest daily build. Any builds made with Corona 2019.3490 or earlier cannot submit to Google Play. As of Nov 1, you have to support API 28 or higher.
