Can't find app in all Google Play search results after one week!

I just looked and searching for "cosplay models", you showed up in 52nd position. As I add more words from your title, the rankings improve. 

 

I think it just takes time for Google to index your entry. Also, ranking isn't just Title and description, it's popularity, perhaps newness, etc. There is a lot of competition in the "cosplay models" category. Clearly changing the title and description with more specific keywords will let people using those keywords find your app better, but given what your app is, I'm not sure there are better keywords. You want the title and description to be accurate.

Hi everyone..
The direct link of app work and shows app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cosplay.models

 but i search for :
"cosplay"
"cosplay models"
"cosplay models - photos fashion"
"कवर आर्ट कॉस्प्ले मॉडल "
"Косплей Модели"
"カバーアート コスプレモデル"
....
and anything else for 100 pages and  no luck anyway!!

what should i do?!
more patience?
call google support?
change app title?
...?

YES! Finally it showed up in results!

But still can't find among other languages.

Thanks for your suggestion, I'm going to be more patient.
