What is the app? i.e. Please provide a link to it.

Is that the reverse URL for your game?

If not, perhaps it was related to an interactive ad that failed to load/run properly?

I don't think the app is available in your country since it's only for Portuguese language audience. It's a quiz game about Vasco da Gama travels while discovering the sea route to India.

the link for the app is:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vascodagamaquiz.almamaterquiz.almamater

I don't have ads in my app, but we are promoting the app with Google services. I've some links inside the app to our partners using webviews. the webpages is displayed inside the app.

From what i know this is a bug in the chrome webview.  I think if you have a close look at the os version it mainly occurs on Android 7.0

thx pijappi, in fact the user that gave that error (huawei p9) had android 7. so i can't do nothing in this case? i could use system.url instead but my client prefer to open inside the app.

This is an ongoing and unresolved issue.
