Hi, I'm new at programming, and I first started with C++ at the begining of this year, and then I found this site which teach's LUA, and now, I don't know what should I do. Should I keep working with c++, or with LUA? which is the best choice gamming?

If you plan to make a career in programming, you really need to know C++. It's used in many different fields and will be the strongest thing you can put on a resume. One of the benefits of learning C++ really well is that you can pick up Java, JavaScript, PHP, C# and somewhat Objective C fairly easily.

Now a good programmer will know multiple languages. Lua is a great, popular and growing language in the industry and knowing Lua is a great second language for a programmer to know.

If your primary interest is making games using frameworks like Corona SDK, Lua is a very popular choice. At least 3-4 major game frameworks are Lua based.

Thank you very much. I will continue to work hard with C ++ and Lua. But with more effort in c ++. Again, thanks for the advice.
Pablo.
