Does anyone have any idea why many devices on Google Play see the message "incompatible" for my Corona app? I'm quite familiar with the whole Armv7 compatibility issue.

This is odd, because for example, one of my testers can run the APK just fine, but when they go to Google Play, on the HUAWEI Y560-L01 - the specs are here: http://www.gsmarena.com/huawei_y560-7829.php

This is a modern phone running Android OS 5.1 - here are the main specifics:
Platform

OS Android OS, v5.1 (Lollipop) Chipset Qualcomm MSM8909 Snapdragon 210 CPU Quad-core 1.1 GHz Cortex-A7 GPU Adreno 304

Any thoughts as to why they can run the APK as a tester, but that Google Play believes their platform is incompatible? If this is happening with this device, is it possible this is happening with many more devices? This is of particular interest because as we spend money on advertising, we are losing money when errors related to our Corona apps prevents potential customers from downloading.
