Caught you on a podcast; thought I'd give this SDK a look.
Everything looks really cool so far but I'm wondering: is there a way to say that an object's "image" is only a portion of a larger image? For example, if I'm doing a tilebased game I'd want all the tiles to use the same texture but to be smaller squares on it, so that they share memory and so that the OpenGL state isn't changing so much due to a massive number of texture swaps. Is this possible in the current version of the SDK?
This would also be good for atlases of character sprites, not to mention animateable textures on things by moving the viewer rectangle.
