Angular Damping and Linear Damping

Hi @reyanthonyrenacia,

 

In this context, "damping" basically means a theoretical friction or resistance that will slow down a moving object. "Linear damping" will slow down an object moving in any direction, while "angluar damping" will slow down a rotating/spinning object, like a spinning wheel on an axle. When you use these is your choice, but those are the behaviors associated with them. :)

hello corona wizards!

 

 this is pretty easy question for advanced developers . . what  is Angular Damping and Linear Damping . . "dampen" means "to weaken" in this context. .so what does it weaken?? how does it affect physics body or object??? and, when do i use it???
