Manually ordering frames in a sprite sequence?

How would I manually select the frames in a sequence?

Right now I'm using sprite.add, but would like to conserve by taking something like frame 4 and placing it at the start of a sequence that uses frames 17-20. I'd also like to repeat frames for timing purposes.

If I'm going about this the wrong way, let me know. I don't know where to begin as far as detecting when an animation finishes and queuing up another in a chain.

Haha, my bad. I didn't think about the fact that TexturePacker was publishing a lua file. Guess I should read the documentation better.
